Warranty Policy

Limited 2-Year Warranty – UNIT Wheels

Definition 

UNIT Wheels carbon wheels are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against any manufacturing or quality control defects. If a covered defect occurs within two years of the purchase date, UNIT Wheels commits to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion. If the affected model is no longer available, a wheel of equivalent value may be offered.

Covered products

This warranty applies to all new carbon wheels from UNIT Wheels purchased directly through our official website starting from [warranty launch date].

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects (rim, spokes, hub)

  • Assembly or bonding defects

  • Paint or finish defects outside of normal wear

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear of components (e.g.: bearings, pads, braking surface, rim bed, valves, ratchet, spokes)

  • Damage caused by:

    • Misuse, incorrect assembly, or an accident

    • Failure to follow usage or maintenance instructions

    • Use on an incompatible home trainer

    • Non-recommended tires, brakes, or accessories

    • Improper storage or transport

  • Modifications or repairs made by an unauthorized third party

  • Removal or alteration of the serial number

Application conditions

To benefit from the warranty, the buyer must:

  • Have purchased the wheel through the official UNIT Wheels website

  • Provide the following items when applying:

    • Order number and/or proof of purchase

    • Affected model

    • Description of the problem and photos of the defect

  • Return the complete wheel for inspection if necessary (shipping costs at the customer's expense)

Warranty procedure

  4. If the defect is recognized as covered, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UNIT Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, installation, or failure of a product, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of business or income

  • Cost of replacing equipment

  • Transportation or labor costs

  • Property damage

  • Bodily injuries

  • Accidents or falls while cycling, whether caused directly or indirectly by a UNIT Wheels wheel

The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the product in appropriate and safe conditions. UNIT Wheels recommends regularly checking the condition of its wheels and having them maintained by a qualified professional.

No clause of this warranty limits the mandatory legal rights of the consumer in the country of purchase.
